Finding “the one” can happen but I still believe it is more the exception rather than the rule.

It is easy for me to say because I do not work a 40 hour work week (I work part time and a mom), but after my kids get dropped off at school, I take a half hour every morning to speed walk and run. Heart disease and diabetes runs in my family and I could be prone, don’t want that! But if I did work full time, I would likely have to get up earlier to do some exercise like a lot of people do. I admire them for that.

Not only that but dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and natural appetite suppressants. A little bit of dark chocolate a day not only help keep cancer at bay but can in the end, as counter-intuitive as this sounds, keep the pounds away too.

I can tell you that I have in-law troubles. My mother in law disliked me from the start and I tried to be a good daughter in law to her. My father in law passed on years ago, but from the sounds of it from my husband he the kinder one. He would have put her into her place a long time ago. The sad thing is, I never thought that I would have had an issue with her when my husband and I were engaged. It happened more so when I wanted to name my child the name she did not like. Not to scare anyone but be prepared for possible challenges with in-laws even if the in-laws seem to be nice initially. However, as hard as it is try to keep your marriage separate from in-law issues. Your spouse is not your in-law, especially if he or she is putting your needs above your in-laws. I am lucky at least in that way.

Oh my, it does not surprise me. If it were my kids I would not care, times are changing and I have no idea when anyone is going to accept that.

I honestly feel for the FIRST date the man should pay but after that it should not always be that way. Perhaps I am old fashioned that way still. It is fine for the woman to pay too, and going Dutch is fine too. If the man always pays the woman will get spoiled LOL.

Black tea helps with speeding up metabolism and fat? I am trying that. I heard green and white tea help but I wonder, I bet black is more effective. Thanks, I love tea! I could drink it all day.

Well I took a chance and had sex in the park with my husband one day, actually it was in the middle of a forest. It was kinky and fun.

Yes, I agree with Temi, an active lifestyle and eating less will do the trick (but help to get it off taster is always wanted like drinking green tea which can help somewhat speed up metabolism). But other natural things can help too, and I have heard aromatherapy helps too. Smells of sweets can actually I have heard take away the craving somehow. And it does seem to be true. Burning candles that smell like baking cookies have helped me kicked the craving.

Well if you think about it, people are less active, restaurant portion sizes are huge, and people are always rushing so they grab either fast food or eating frozen dinners full of preservatives. And because people are mindless about what they eat, and are dealing with emotional issues as it is when it comes to eating, it’s no wonder the obesity epidemic is getting worse. If you think back to the 50’s people were more active and even though they ate greasy fries and burgers at diners, the portions were very small compared to what its like now! So obesity was not a huge problem back then. I hope education with clean eating people will start becoming aware of the problems and do something about the obesity epidemic. But since people love their comfort zones they resist it. It is a problem that is getting worse, not better.

This is all so true, having a baby is not going to fix anything! You need to be ready to take on a huge responsibility and no one is prepared enough to have a baby. Having children is something you really want and prepared to take on huge responsibilities. If you are unsure regardless of what it is expected in society and what your parents parents expect then my advice to you is NOT to do it.
