These are funny. I actually had a friend who received the same email from the woman from Rwanda. I know this because he asked me to translate the email (he doesn't know English that well). And he was excited, because he was having trouble in connecting with a woman, so he asked me to reply to the email on his behalf. He really believed that this woman wanted to have a relationship with him. And it was even more funny when, after a couple of exchanged emails, the woman replied that she has some troubles with the local authorities and that she needs his account information to transfer some money into it (because she trusts him). I told him that he should forget about her, because it's a scam, and he became frustrated. Sad but true...
